The Kray-Ex polymer handle has a textured grip and Zy-Ex inner-core for improved stability. This model features a large clip point blade made from cryo-quenched 4116 stainless steel. The large upswept belly is perfect for splitting, stripping and cutting meat as well as general kitchen use.
