The Warsport LVOA is equipped with a reinforced gearbox with 8mm ball bearings and an integrated MOSFET to manage electronic signals and safeguard the trigger contacts. The gearbox's corners around the cylinder are smoothly rounded to avoid cracking, instead of having sharp 90-degree angles. A small window on the left side of the gearbox shell allows for direct lubrication of the gears or piston and facilitates inspection of the engagement angle without disassembling the gearbox. The gearbox also features a modular spring guide system for easy spring changes. The KRYTAC piston is constructed from a robust, lightweight polymer and includes 4 metal teeth, with the second-to-last tooth removed. An enlarged rubber bumper cushions the cylinder head to optimize the engagement angle and absorb the piston assembly's impact. The gears are made from a specially formulated material that is exceptionally strong, with Rockwell hardness ratings significantly above industry standards. The KRYTAC high-torque motor, capable of 30,000 RPM when unloaded, powers the drive train components.
