Over time, our Pendleton Hunters have gained significant popularity, and while we believe they are priced reasonably, many have requested a more budget-friendly Pendleton to fit a wider range of budgets.
Thus, we collaborated with Lloyd to create what we call the Pendleton Lite Hunter. Its appearance closely mirrors that of its family members with a drop-point blade, modest guard, hollowed bolster area, and a flared butt for better retention. The primary modifications were the use of more cost-effective German 4116 Stainless steel and the substitution of polypropylene for the handle instead of Kraton.
In our field tests, it earned top marks as it proved to be highly capable at field dressing and skinning, maintained a decent edge, was easy to sharpen, and demonstrated exceptional durability.
