The 2-Piece Expandable Bo Staff combines the world of staffs and the power of telescoping batons. With this two-piece converta-staff, you get a telescoping bo staff that easily detaches and becomes dual batons measuring 26 inches each.
The two telescopic batons that make up this extendable baton staff meet together with a quick-connector that locks into place. The rubber handles are just a little under 9 inches long each and have a diamond grip pattern to keep your hold secure and comfortable. Each collapsible baton is formidable in its own right, but the real power comes when they attach together.
With its friction-lock design, the retractable staff opens from its 19" collapsed state to a full 51 inches (that's 4 feet and 3inches). With one sharp circular swing, the expandable staff's extensions open up and stay in place, even as you swing and strike. The destructive power of the baton staff becomes contained when the tips are driven into a hard surface head-on, which breaks the friction and allows the shafts to lock into place.
Once you've got the telescoping bo staff collapsed, you can separate the pieces and store them in the optional baton staff case or side holsters.
