How it works:
> Place your order online.
> Select Store pick Up location.
> Pay for your order.
> Wait for your ‘Ready to Pick Up”email/call before heading to the store.
> Upon pick up, please produce a government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for payment.
Wait for your Ready for Pick Up email before heading to the store!
Don’t head to the store just yet. We’ll email you to confirm your order has been received and again when your order is ready for pick up. Then, you can come to the store. Most of the orders will be ready within 1-2 business days, however some orders might take longer depending on availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Why we might decline some pickup orders
Sometimes an item may show as being available on our website but by the time the store receives your order, these items may already have been sold to another customer. So, make sure you’ve received your Ready for Pickup email before heading to a store.
Furthermore, some orders might be declined since we have not been able to verify your credit card payment or we suspect any fraudulent transaction. For these cases, your order will be cancelled and your method of payment will not be charged/refunded.
Upon pick up, please produce a government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for payment.
If you have paid with Credit Card, this is mandatory, else we won’t be able to deliver your order at the store.
If you don’t want to produce your ID then you will have to pay by Interac E-transfer.
