This manual outlines who will work against the enemy and why. How to enlist natives to the area to work against the enemy. Sections included a deal with stealth, counterintelligence, disruption of enemy movements, and lines of communication. Many diagrams are shown for plans of attack, disbursement of forces for a raid, guerrilla support for a full-scale penetration of enemy positions, and amphibious attacks.
